Hollowing Out and Dye Eggs

Use a utility knife to make a small hole at each end. Pierce yolk with a straightened paper clip; use an ear syringe to blow out contents.

In a bowl, mix strong black tea with a splash of white vinegar. Add eggs, and cover with a plate to weigh down. When desired shade is reached, remove shells and blow out tea.

Coat Eggs and Add Fishing Lures

Let dry overnight, then coat in petroleum jelly for a slimy sheen. For centipedes, use fishing lures. Push a straightened paper clip 2 inches into head; clip excess with wire cutters. Bend worms into realistic positions; arrange with eggs.
