Pom-Pom Flip-Flops7 Ratings (See All)  Dress up standard summer flip-flops with these whimsical decorations. Cut a 1-by-2-inch rectangle from cardboard. Wrap strands of novelty and colored yarns around rectangle. Slip waxed twine along 1 long side of cardboard, under yarn, and knot to secure. Cut yarn on opposite side. Fluff cut ends of yarn to form a pom-pom, and trim as needed. Repeat to make another pom-pom. To attach the adornments, tie the waxed twine tightly to your flip-flops.
