  • 1 1/2 cups graham-cracker crumbs, broken into pieces
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 4 large egg yolks
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and cooled
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarse salt
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed key lime juice (about 17 limes)
  • 1 tablespoon grated key lime zest, plus more for garnish (about 8 limes)
