  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 pound plus 6 ounces jumbo lump crabmeat (4 cups)
  • 3 celery stalks, cut into 1/2-inch dice (1 1/4 cups)
  • Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 3 lobster bodies, cut into large pieces
  • 2 carrots (1 1/4 cups)
