Yarn Ideas

The fun thing about yarn crafts is that every design is completely wonderful and unique. Below is a rundown on the items Martha got quite a 'snitch' of.

The Knitted Table
Special thanks to Lion Brand Yarn Company for making the beautiful table seen during the first segment of the show.

This unique table was produced by the design team of the Lion Brand Yarn Company. The top of the table was designed to look like a grassy hillside complete with dandelions and a butterfly. The legs were embellished with daisies, calla lilies, lavender, and roses. The table was created using the following Lion Brand yarn: Jiffy, Homespun, Wool-Ease Thick and Quick, Nature's Choice, Lion Wool, Lion Cotton, Lion Cashmere Blend Baby Soft, Cotton-Ease, and Vanna's Choice Baby. Knitted Yoda Hat
This adorable and cozy hat was created by Sunshyne Leland (verasunshyne.blogspot.com).

Miniature Knitted Items
These tiny creations by Althea Crome (bugknits.com) are such a big idea!

Amigurumi
Jou Ling Yee (amigurumikingdom.com) made Amigurumi cupcake and animal creatures -- a fun new idea using yarn.

Knitted Postcard
Martha received this wonderful postcard in the mail from Nguyen Le (knitknit.etsy.com) -- it's a wonderful way to say hello.
