Use this how-to with any window template.

Window Cutouts How-To
1. With a keyhole saw, cut a hole in bottom of pumpkin; scoop out insides with a plaster scraper. Download and print a window template; photocopy in desired size. For "stones," cut slits in curved sections so template lies flat. Tape to pumpkin.

2. Trace by poking holes with an awl; remove template. Saw out center of window. Carve around window edges with a linoleum cutter.

3. Copy or download and print desired design onto heavyweight paper. Glue black construction paper to back, and cut out both layers. Fold witch's cauldron or ghost design to create a stand; place inside pumpkin, and weight with a glass. You may also pin designs outside windows.
