These Official Rules apply for the "MARTHA'S TWITTER SWEEPSTAKES" conducted by Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Inc., 11 West 42nd Street, New York, New York 10036 (''Sponsor'') and promoted on www.Twitter.com with Official Rules available at www.marthastewartliving.com (''Websites''). The Sweepstakes begins at 10:00:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on October 5, 2009 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on October 8, 2009 ("Sweepstakes Period").

1. PARTICIPANTS AND PRIZE RECIPIENT MUST BE (A) LEGAL RESIDENTS OF ONE OF THE FIFTY UNITED STATES OR THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, (B) AGED 18 YEARS OR OLDER AND (C) BE AN EXISTING FOLLOWER OF MARTHA STEWART OR THE MARTHA SHOW ON TWITTER.COM AT THE TIME OF ENTRY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. SWEEPSTAKES SUBJECT TO ALL APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS. Employees of Sponsor, Delta Airlines, Inc. ("Prize Provider") and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, advertising and promotion, fulfillment and/or judging agencies, and related entities (collectively, the ''Related Entities''), and their immediate families are not eligible. Twitter.com is not affiliated with this Sweepstakes in any way and is not responsible for the administration of the Sweepstakes or the awarding of Prizes.

2. TO ENTER: You must follow the MARTHA Official Twitter account (http:/www.twitter.com/TheMarthaShow), watch "The Martha Stewart Show" on either October 5, 2009 or October 6, 2009 for the correct answer, and issue the correct answer as a status update from your Twitter account by 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time ("ET") on October 8, 2009 ("Eligible Entry"). Limit one (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period.

3. WINNER SELECTION: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all Eligible Entries. The random drawing will be conducted on or about October 13, 2009. The random drawing will be conducted by Martha Stewart or a Sponsor's representative whose decisions on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes are final and binding in all respects pertaining to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the number of Eligible Entries received.

4. ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: Grand prize consists of one (1) trip for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) Guest to New York City, NY to attend a live MARTHA STEWART Show. Grand Prize Trip consists of round trip coach air transportation between major airport nearest Grand Prize Winner's home and New York City, NY for Grand Prize Winner and Guest on Delta Air Lines, two nights double occupancy hotel accommodations at a hotel designated by Prize Provider and two (2) tickets to a live MARTHA STEWART Show. The approximate retail value of Grand Prize will not exceed $1,600. Any difference between stated approximate value and actual value of Grand Prize will not be awarded. All expenses and costs associated with the acceptance and use of the Grand Prize is the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. Grand Prize Winner will be solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes on prizes. No cash substitution, assignment, or transfer of prize permitted. In the event a prize is unavailable, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. In the event the Grand Prize Winner resides within a 180 mile radius of New York City, NY, the air transportation portion of the Grand Prize will not be awarded and Sponsor will provide ground transportation between the Grand Prize Winner's home and New York City, NY. Sponsor will not reimburse Grand Prize Winner for any difference between the cost of ground transportation and the cost of air transportation. Grand Prize Winner will be solely responsible for all expenses and costs not expressly listed above including, but not limited to, any and all ground transportation between winner's residence and airport of departure, ground transportation while in New York City, NY, meals, telephone calls, gratuities, baggage fees and personal incidentals. Grand Prize Winner and Guest must travel on the same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining necessary travel documents prior to departure. Grand Prize Trip must be booked by 4/30/10 and completed by 5/6/10. If the Guest is deemed a minor under the jurisdiction of his/her state of residence, Guest must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. No additional travel expenses or any other aspects of the Grand Prize will be awarded should Guest's parent or legal guardian be required to accompany Guest. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels or other transportation companies or any other persons providing any of these services and accommodations to passengers including any results thereof such as changes in services or accommodations necessitated by same. Sponsor shall not be liable for any loss or damage to baggage. If either Grand Prize Winner or Guest becomes disabled or cannot otherwise fully enjoy the Sweepstakes prize package due to illness, Sponsor shall have the option at its sole discretion of: (1) being relieved of liability for fulfillment of the prize award or any part thereof; (2) extending the period during which such prize may be awarded for a period equal to the duration of Grand Prize Winner's or Guest's disability or illness. Grand Prize Winner or Guest must prove such disability by a doctor's certificate, which certificate shall be endorsed by another physician agreeable to Sponsor and Grand Prize Winner at Grand Prize Winner's expense. In the event, for whatever reason, the scheduled taping of The MARTHA STEWART Show is cancelled, that portion of the Grand Prize will not be awarded and no compensation or substitution will be provided to Grand Prize Winner. Trip is subject to any and all restrictions instituted by the Department of Defense and/or Department of Homeland Security as required. If the Prize Winner notification or the Prize is returned as undeliverable, the Prize Winner is ineligible, or the Prize Winner declines a prize, an alternate winner will be selected by random drawing from among all remaining Eligible Entries. The Grand Prize will be awarded provided it is properly claimed. The vacation package is non-refundable and non-transferable. Tickets and hotel certificates issued in conjunction with this promotion have zero cash value. Delta Vacations will provide air transportation via Delta Air Lines or Northwest Airlines from any city in the U.S. 50 or Canada. Travel is permitted on NW/KL/DL designated flights operated by NWA/Mesaba, Delta Air Lines, KLM, Continental Airlines, Compass, Pinnacle, KLM City Hopper, ASA, Freedom, Comair, SkyWest, Chautauqua, Shuttle America or ExpressJet. Travel via other DL/NW Airlink and DL/NW designated affiliated partner flights is not permitted. The recipient shall be responsible for travel to and from the airport served by such flights. Travel is not permitted on the following dates: 2009 - Nov 20-26 & Dec 19 - Dec 31, 2009. 2010 - Jan 1, Mar 12 - Apr 3, 2010. Not valid with previously purchased trip. Trip certificate may not be combined with any other coupon, certificates, discount, bonus, infant fare, upgrade, SkyMiles, WorldPerks Air Travel Award or promotional offers/tickets. Trip certificate is not valid with Miscellaneous Charge Orders or Prepaid tickets. Trip certificate is non-transferable. Positive identification will be required at time of check-in. Purchased certificates are subject to confiscation and Winner will not be allowed to travel. Only original certificates will be accepted. Certificates will not be replaced. Void if altered. Travel must be roundtrip. To make your travel arrangements, please call 1-800-452-5672 and refer to the number on the front of the Delta Air Lines certificate. Reservations must be made and ticket issued prior to departure. Booking and travel dates must fall into the range as specified. Delta Vacations must issue all travel documentation. Certificate may only be applied towards number of passengers specified on the certificate; passengers must travel on the same itinerary and must be booked through Delta Vacations. Any unused portion of the certificate will not be refunded, and cannot be used towards another booking or another service component. Travel agent commission is not paid/earned on a free trip value, taxes, and fees. If booking exceeds certificate value, recipient is responsible for any balance due and must be paid in full at time of booking. Hotel taxes, state and federal income taxes may apply and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. A $15 USD fee for the first piece of checked luggage and a $25 USD fee for a second piece of checked luggage may be assessed. Fees are charged each way, and are subject to change. Changes to reservations, once made, are not permitted. A per ticket surcharge will apply for paper tickets issued in markets where electronic ticketing is available. Substitutions will not be allowed. Space is subject to availability. SkyMiles mileage credit will be awarded. Flight schedules are subject to change without notice. Delta Air Lines and Delta Vacations are the final authority on the interpretation of these rules and reserve the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice. 5. CLAIMING PRIZE/RELEASE: Grand Prize Winner will be notified by U.S. Mail and email on or about October 20, 2009. Grand Prize Winner will be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability and publicity release (unless prohibited by law) to Sponsor within fourteen (14) days of notification. Grand Prize Winner must supply the Sponsor with his/her social security number for tax purposes. If the selected potential Grand Prize Winner fails to comply with the Official Rules and/or to submit any required documentation within the designated period, the Grand Prize Winner will be disqualified and the Grand Prize will be awarded to an alternate winner in a random drawing from among all remaining Eligible Entries. Sponsor is not responsible for fraudulent calls or e-mails made to entrants not by the Sponsor.

6. INTERNET: In the event of a dispute as to the identity or eligibility of a winner based on an e-mail address or Twitter account, the winning entry will be declared made by the ''Authorized Account Holder'' of the e-mail address or Twitter account at time the individual became a Martha Stewart Follower on Twitter.com. ''Authorized Account Holder'' is defined as the natural person 18 years of age or older who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, education institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Sponsor may ask any entrant or potential winner to provide Sponsor with proof that such party is the authorized account holder of the email account associated with the entry.

7. GENERAL: By accepting the Grand Prize Winner: (1) agrees to be bound by these Official Rules; (2) agrees to release Sponsor, Prize Provider and the Related Entities from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, costs or expenses, including without limitation property damages, personal injury and/or death arising out of participating in this Sweepstakes, or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery; and (3) consents to the use of his/her name, voice, picture, and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes in any medium throughout the world in perpetuity without additional compensation unless prohibited by law, and (4) acknowledges that Sponsor and Related Entities have neither made nor are responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any Prize, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition, or fitness for a particular purpose. Sponsor's decisions with respect to the Sweepstakes are final.

8. LIABILITY AND RELEASE: By participating in this Sweepstakes , participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, the Prize Provider and the Related Entities, including but not limited to Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Inc., Martha Stewart from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize hereunder, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes; or (e) injury or death to a person(s) or damage to property which may be result, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or Grand Prize Winner's receipt, acceptance, use &/or enjoyment of any prize. In no event shall the Sponsor, Prize Provider or the Related Entities be liable for attorney's fees. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. Sponsor, Prize Provider and Related Entities reserve the right to correct typographic, clerical or printing errors in any Drawing materials. Sponsor, Prize Provider and Related Entities are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of this Sweepstakes, the administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of the Prize Winner, including such error as may give an erroneous indication that a prize has been won.

USE OF INFORMATION: The information that you provide in connection with the Sweepstakes may be used for Sponsor's internal purposes and to send you information about Sponsor's products and special promotions but will not be provided to third parties, except as necessary for the administration of the Sweepstakes or as required by law or legal process.
