Ribbon Holly Gift Boxes

Small presents and stocking stuffers are beautifully bestowed in these festive miniature boxes. Use the boxes to enclose jewelry, candy, or other diminutive gifts.

Tools and Materials
Ribbon Holly Box Template
Card stock
Double-face satin ribbon
Scalloped scissors
Hole punch
Red beads

Ribbon Holly Gift Box How-To
1. Download and print the template onto card stock. Cut out the shape along the outside line. Punch holes where the circles are marked. With the lined side facing up, gently fold the card stock toward you, using the inside lines as a guide. Fold along the lines.

2. Shape the box into the closed position, and make any necessary adjustments. Starting at the bottom, thread the ribbon ends from the inside of the box. Tie in a half-knot. Thread a bead onto the ribbon, finish the knot, and snip the ribbon ends using the scalloped scissors. Carefully close the flaps on one end, place the gift into the box, and fold the other end closed.

Resources
We used double-face satin ribbon from Masterstroke Canada. The scalloped ccissors are from Fiskars.
