Pillowcase Garment Bag

From:

Martha Stewart Kids

Convert a pretty pillowcase into a garment bag for Easter coats, party suits, or out-of-season clothing. It's wise to store clothes in cloth rather than plastic, since plastic doesn't allow moisture or cleaning chemicals to evaporate. Turn a pillowcase inside out; on the closed end, remove some of the stitches at the center to create a one-inch-wide hole. Tack with needle and thread on either side of hole to reinforce stitching and keep it from opening further. Turn right side out, and slide a hanger through the hole.
