Fleur de Sel Toffee

To keep homemade toffee fresh, place it in a cellophane bag before tucking it into store-bought pillow boxes. A printable bellyband gives the package its candy-shop cachet. One batch of toffee will fill eight boxes.

1. Fill 8 cellophane bags with toffee. Seal bags with clear tape.

2. Assemble pillow boxes, and slip 1 bag of toffee into each.

3. Using an ink-jet printer, print the clip-art bellyband onto 11-by-17-inch paper.

4. Using a bone folder, score the bellyband according to lines on printout. Cut out band, and fold along each score. Wrap the band around the pillow box, overlapping the ends at back. Secure with double-sided tape.
