Use this simple fish-print technique to make a one-of-a-kind T-shirt that's perfect for adults and kids alike.

Tools and Materials
Whole fish or fish replica
Fabric screen-printing ink
Brayer
T-shirt
Hook template
Speedy-Cut printing block or eraser
Linoleum cutter
Pencil

Fish Print How-To
1. Generously ink fish by rolling a brayer in fabric paint and then rolling onto fish. Place T-shirt front side down on inked fish and pat in place. Carefully lift T-shirt and lay front side up to dry.

2. Print hook template. Trace and fill in hook shape with pencil. Turn template over onto a printing block or eraser and rub the back of the template with the pencil to transfer the image. Carve around the transferred hook shape with a linoleum cutter to make a stamp.

3. Stamp a hook for the fish on the T-shirt with fabric paint. Allow to dry.

4. Set the fabric paint according to the paint manufacturer's instructions.
