Cleaning
Cleansing the face removes bacteria and makeup. Use three pea-size amounts of gel cleanser: one for each cheek and one for the forehead, nose, and chin. Use your fingers to work the cleanser into the skin, then rinse with warm (not hot) water. Your skin should feel clean, but not stripped or waxy after you clean.

Exfoliating
When exfoliating, move in a circular direction, using your fingers. Exfoliate for 30 to 40 seconds. Choose a product that will give you a gentle exfoliation. Rinse with warm water.

Moisturizing
Finish your facial cleansing routine with moisturizer.
