Decorative Picture Frame

Tools and Materials
Water
Putty powder
Bowl
Candy molds
Putty knife
Fine sandpaper
Picture frame
Glue gun
Primer
Latex paint
Brush
Photograph

Picture Frame How-To
1. Add 3 parts putty powder to 1 part water. Mix thoroughly.

2. Pour into candy molds. Scrape away excess putty with putty knife. Gently shake molds with hands to raise bubbles. Let dry for a couple of hours.

3. Pop hardened putty forms from molds.

4. Sand edges.

5. Decide placement on frame and adhere with a glue gun. Prime.

6. Paint; let dry.

7. Insert photo.

Resources
Martha used Durham's Rockhard Water Putty, which is available at paint and hardware stores. The picture frames are from getsmartproducts.com. All other products used in this segment can be found at any major crafts store.
