Cook's Helpers

From:

Martha Stewart Living

When you're making that quick bread, can you swap a muffin tin for a loaf pan? How many tablespoons are in a cup? Our handy kitchen charts have all the answers. We designed three: baking pan substitutions, measuring equivalents, and candy-making temperatures. Turn each one into a refrigerator magnet or a laminated card. Either way, the information will be at your fingertips.

How-To
These charts can be made into magnets or laminated cards. You'll find the necessary materials at office-supply stores.

To make magnets: Download charts and print them onto magnetic sheets. Cut out with scissors.

To make cards: Color-photocopy or download and print charts onto heavyweight matte paper; cut out. Laminate according to package instructions; trim.
