4-inch metal house numbers with mounting screws five 4-by-6-inch flags with -inch dowels, each 10 inches long

Flag Plaque How-To
1. Sandwiching the plaque between shims to protect it, clamp it to the edge of a table. Use a fabric measuring tape and a pencil to make marks every 3 inches along the top half of the outer edge.

2. Wrap a piece of masking tape around the drill bit inch from its end. At each pencil mark, drill a hole into the edge of the plaque, stopping when the tape meets the plaque.

3. Sand, prime, and paint the plaque; let it dry. Mount the house numbers on the plaque using screws. Hang it, and then slip the flags into the holes
