Baked Potato Facts

-Potatoes are high in potassium and are a good source of vitamins C and B.

-You can use russet potatoes, as well as sweet potatoes.

-A microwave may take 10 to 15 minutes, but you have to turn them often and the skins do not get crispy.

-Use potato nails for fluffier, tastier potatoes. Potato nails, which are made of heat-conducting aluminum, bake potatoes from the inside out and cook them in less time.

-Don't scrub potatoes.

Special Thanks
