Ace Wire Spring & Form Co., Inc. was founded in 1939 in McKees Rocks, Pennsylvania. It was built on the design creativity of an ambitious father and the business acumen of his aspiring son. The enterprising father/son partnership laid a foundation for growth, innovation, and attention to customer needs. Since its foundation, Ace Wire Spring & Form has seen tremendous growth as a custom spring manufacturer. In the ensuing decades, Ace Wire Spring & Form has maintained its founder's honesty, integrity, skilled craftmanship, fair prices, & expedient processing of orders. Today, the precision spring manufacturer is an industry leader in the production of compression springs, extension springs, torsion springs, specialty springs, & wire forms. Many giants of the American industry rely on the spring manufacturing of Ace Wire Spring & Form. From prototype to production & small & very large runs, you can count on Ace to produce the highest quality custom and precision springs and wire forms.

Tell us about your workspace, shop, or studio.

A 55,000 sq. ft. facility located in McKees Rocks, constantly updated with new machinery and state of the art computer systems.

What inspires you?

The idea of being able to have company to help people solve their problems by providing custom solutions. Also, having the company help the local community by employing local people and giving back to the community.

What makes your business stand out?

Custom spring manufacturing tailored to every person's needs. No two projects are the same, so Ace is able to solve all different kinds of situations. Also, being family owned and operated, the environment we have created is one of communication. Our Design Engineers take the time to talk with customers, understanding what they need and ultimately what they are trying to achieve.

What advice would you give an aspiring creative entrepreneur?

With a lot of hard work, and a strong will to succeed, anything is achievable.

What does American Made mean to you?

Local, hard working people with a strong work ethic making a high quality product that will contribute to the making of something to be proud of.
