Tell us about your business.

I create mostly original works of art, but occassionally use patterns available on the internet. I also provide quilting service to other quilters to complete their own works of art. My plan is to teach others how to create quilts of their own and to see how rewarding the whole experience can be.

Tell us about your workspace, shop, or studio.

Right now I have a spare room in my home that has been turned into my quilt space. However, we hope next year that we can turn our garage into my workspace/studio and allow me the space needed to "move around".

What inspires you? greatest inspiration comes in all the colors around me. I love vibrant colors and try to translate that into my quilts. Without my faith, I would probably be too scared to make this happen.

What makes your business stand out?

Not only am I a "one woman show", but there is true passion in what I create.

What advice would you give an aspiring creative entrepreneur?

If you're at the right place in your life, GO FOR IT! Every step forward will require one or two (at least) steps backward. You will never succeed if you do not try.

What does American Made mean to you?

It means creating works from products made by my fellow Americans. I want the world to see what we, as Americans, can do!
