Tell us about your business.

Back in 2011, I realized that corporate design was not allowing my creative vision to be fully expressed. I then decided to stay at home with my children and create a line of prints that would allow my customers to personalize art for weddings, nurseries, teachers, housewarming gifts and so much more. The business is currently evolving into adding a line of personalized greeting cards.

I live in Largo FL with my husband and children, just minutes away from the beach. I sketch my next design wherever I go. I work out of my home office to create my new designs. Working from home allows the perfect balance of work and play. I am always available for my children while being able to create and sell my art.

What inspires you?

My passion for typography, patterns, textures, paper and good design are what influence everything I create. Each design involves a different theme. I create prints that include animals, the environment and some basic play on typography.

What makes your business stand out?

My work is designed to allow for each piece to have a custom feel without costing a fortune.

What advice would you give an aspiring creative entrepreneur?

Do what you love, don't wait until tomorrow, start now. It is never too late to put your heart and soul into a business you can call your own.

What does American Made mean to you?

I enjoy being able to provide my artwork that is customized and not mass produced. American Made to me defines who I am.
