Tell us about your business.

Lotus Designers first started with two long time friends who loves paper and realized a need in a niche market. Many years later, as life took both of us on different roads, I remain as Lotus Designers. As I was laid off from a job that I held for 11 years, nothing was more clearer to me then to take the business from part time to full time. Our process is to produce high quality products with the environment in mind. Since launching the website on August 9th, 2013, I have been able to showcase my existing products and now put forth more effort into producing so many more new products that are just waiting in the pipeline. I am hoping to expand my business and even collaborate with other businesses that share the same philosophies and unique characteristics that out products hold.

What makes your business stand out?

My company was established in a time when ethnic barriers such as designs and patterns did not exist as much. Now many stores have helped break any barriers of entry I would have initially experienced. The products I produce are unique because of the mediums that are used you can see the designs take shape.
