Not every family-owned farm can create tens of thousands of gorgeous unique handmade artisanal wreaths each year, but Creekside Farms in Monterey County, California is proud to celebrate its 25th Anniversary of doing just that! Creekside Farms’ founders, Carol and Larry Umbarger, never realized what could happen when they moved to a Monterey County ranch in 1969 to offer their children a more rural upbringing with space for their seven horses. Many family members spanning three generations have joined them in their highly respected and successful family business. Three of their four children and their daughter-in-law are involved in the business, and so far, the oldest five of their eleven grandchildren have delved in as well. They are enjoying the experience of learning the business … from the lavender and herbal fields on up through every aspect of the farm to home process! Celebrating its 25th anniversary, Creekside Farms is a premier and highly respected designer in today’s home decor industry. It produces a quality line of natural artisanal wreaths and garlands designed for year round decorating. Herbs and flowers are grown pesticide-free and harvested by hand. All of their products are handmade, assembled and packed in the USA by skilled craftsmen for shipment direct from Creekside Farms. The Creekside Farms website makes decorating your home and gift giving easy. They also have a division focusing specifically on business gifts with items that can be personalized for their valued customers and clients with a dedicated Corporate Gift Concierge. In the late 1980’s, Larry and Carol Umbarger began growing flowers, and then ornamental and culinary herbs, to help with college expenses for their 2 older children.
