Tell us about your business.Hester & Cook Design Group was founded by husband and wife team, Robbie & Angie Hester Cook. The business started in 2005 with the creation of KnobStoppers, the vintage doorknob bottle stopper. From there we grew our second brand, CAKE Vintage Table & Home, our collection of lighting, linens, flatware and home accessories. Our newest brand, established in 2010, is Kitchen Papers, which offers everything you need to style your table in paper. Items include the original paper placemat pad, paper table runners, coasters, serving papers, and now stationery, gift wrap and more! All products start as concepts with our in-house design team. Our whole staff plays a part in development, production, and customer service. Each year finds us with more products and more customers. We value our relationships with each customer, and continue to offer top-notch service. Our products are satisfaction guaranteed, and a portion of all sales benefits the Wonderful Life Foundation.
What makes your business stand out?First and foremost, we stand behind everything we do. From product design, to customer service, to our domestic manufacturing, we believe in doing things the right way. Quality, innovation, and integrity are driving forces for Hester & Cook. Our staff has grown over the years, but we are still a family company at our core. Friends and family working together on a solid product with caring customer service is key for us. We strongly believe in making all our items right here in the Unites States, and most of what we produce is done right here in our home town of Nashville, TN. Our core personal values are also what compel us to give back to our community. In addition to a portion of all sales going to the Wonderful Life Foundation, our employees also volunteer their time to help with this worthy cause. Hester & Cook Design Group established the Wonderful Life Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit to support families of children being treated for serious illnesses.
