Barnyard Banana Bread
Tell us about your business.Somewhere many years ago, I made banana bread with a recipe. Over the years I tweeked it and changed it and added and subtracted, and every year people loved it more. After much encouragement from family members I decided that the world deserves to taste my banana bread. How dare I cheat them of it?? I noticed that the local gas station chain, sells it for $1.99 a slice. I would cut that in half. But soon, slices weren't enough. I started making large, almost 3 pound loaves. And mini loaves. THEN, I created my banana bread in a jar! Those were a bit hit. Over the past few months , I have added choc chips, or nuts, zucchini, and seasonal berries. I even made choc covered banana bread truffles!!! I have received orders from across the country and even got a thumbs up and request for more from the Beekman 1802 Boys, from the Cooking Channel!! I chose the name, because I have 2 calves, 2 draft horses and 2 Rottweilers. I plan on opening a store in NY and selling worldwide.
