Mother & daughter handcraft clothing and accessories from recycled t-shirts.

Tell us about your business.

We started our business by making a tee skirt from our own t-shirts and everybody loved it, so we made another and another, etc. Then we branched out to other articles of clothing and accessories. Our process starts by having t-shirts given to us or we sometimes have to purchase them. Once they are cleaned we decide what the shirt will be made into. We have various patterns we use in the making of the product. We see our business evolve by continuing our online Etsy business and attending more shows to expose ourselves to the public.

What makes your business stand out?

We do a lot with color and design. We have customers who send us their shirts to have items custom made. We are also on which reaches people all around the world. We are in 48 states in the USA and two dozen other countries. We've recently surpassed our 1,000th sale on etsy.

What's the best business advice you've received?

We are big on customer service!! We do whatever to please the customer :)))
