I love the idea of farm to table, my idea is farm to jar! We grow pesticide free produce. Then we can and pickle to sell at the farm market

Tell us about your business.

It began as a hobby, but ended up as my summer job. I love to create new canned goods to sell and share. I hate to see food wasted and this allows fresh fruits and vegetables all year long. I would love to be able to build a commercial kitchen to expand my customer base. Right now I have to be the direct seller. With a commercial kitchen I can sell to restaurants, stores and online. Eventually I would like to publish a cookbook of all of my original recipes.

What makes your business stand out?

I am able to provide a homemade product to people who cannot or will not be able to can for themselves. People often give me recipes from their grandmothers so they can relive a part of their family and youth. I love sharing my "gifts".
