Tell us about your business.

Established in 2012 with the purchase and restoration of an 1897 Curtis & Mitchell Printing Press and a big dream to make writings, wrappings and wares with vintage American wit and wisdom. Meg and Josh are both from entirely different parts of the United States (she a Southern belle and he a Northerner, aka, Belle & Union) but met, married, started life and business together with shop dog, Ellie, in the beautiful Southern town of Savannah, Georgia. Now after four years of lazy days and sippin' sweet tea beneath the moss-covered oaks, Meg and Josh, and Belle & Union, have trucked west to begin anew in College Station, Texas. They are tickled pink about their new digs, a two-story carriage house with expansive studio located in the historical district, just a hop, skip and jump from the university, and are proud as punch to create and share new inspirations that this exciting change will bring. One day soon they hope to open a little shop of their own, showcasing their unique wares.

What makes your business stand out?

The business combines the very best of both of us... Meg's doodles and notes that Josh's mechanical and technical skills bring to life on press. The collection is our labor of love, marrying our love of what we do right alongside our love for each other. Just like our company name states, we are proud of our American roots and want to share that with the rest of the country through our whimsical wares. Belle & Union unifies the best of our passion to share with you and yours.
