Tell us about your business.DRAM Apothecary was inspired by the idea that bitters can lend themselves to the indulgence of cocktails and digestive benefits alike, but should always be all natural. We craft all of our products using herbs that grow wild in the Colorado terrain, leaving out synthetic dyes and flavorings. Our process incorporates a lot of time outdoors in the Colorado wilderness. Summer days are spent hiking wide and far seeking out herbs that grow in abundance in the wild. We hand harvest, dry, macerate, bottle and label all of our products with loving dedication. We are based out of a historic building in the enchanting ghost town of Silver Plume, Colorado. Our bitters are offered for sale and tasting during weekend business hours; as well as house made herbal sodas, apothecary cocktails, Colorado craft brews and an unforgettable experience enriched by local characters, makers and artisans alike. We have plans to expand our line to include wild herbal syrups and teas.
What makes your business stand out?DRAM is one of the only bitters companies to use wild herbs from the local terrain, with an emphasis on healing as well as indulgence.
What's the best business advice you've received?Persistence and passion
