Tell us about your business.I became interested in baking when I was 8yrs old baking with my grandmother in her kitchen. At 16, I started washing dishes at a local restaurant in my home town and worked by way up to the pastry chef by the time I was a senior in high school. I attended the CIA in NY where I discovered my passion for chocolate while helping Chef Peter Greweling work on one of his chocolate books. I finished by education with a 6 month internship with farm to table founder: Alice Waters at Chez Panisse in Berkeley, CA and discovered the importance of supporting locally grown and natural ingredients. At 22 yrs old I founded my company to bring to Savannah, GA what was missing: artisan made chocolate truffles.
