Kith & Kin

American Made Since 2012

Peter Clark

Amarillo, Texas
Furniture that is designed to live with. Pleasing to look at? A must. But I have four kids. I know life is going to happen in your home.

Tell us about your business.

Kith & Kin is a family of makers. It's been in our blood for generations. We grew up in homes built by our dads, under quilts made by our mothers, with handmade toys and clothes. Evolving from necessity and hobby to work that seems like play we began to make things for friends and the idea has caught on. We design around the purpose for the piece, the materials we find, and the craftsmanship we've been handed down. Putting a decidedly modern spin on time honored techniques. Kith & Kin is a company that loves to serve. We plan to continue to design and build ourselves, but have the connections to share the fabrication with one of the best shops anywhere in order to serve as we grow.

What's the best business advice you've received?

Moonlight your dreams. Do what is in your hand.
