Tell us about your business.The Company’s mission is to offer an inspired menu with a variety of delicious, high quality food selections for meetings, events and social gatherings and to provide full service catering with staffing for passed foods buffet service. Christopher Morrill, a licensed chef, launched Around the World Catering in 2011 with his longtime friend, Santiago Reyes. They cooked in the kitchen together for the first time when making food for a 50th birthday party. While they expected the food to taste good, Morrill said, the co-owners were surprised by how well the meal came together and soon created their own catering business.
What makes your business stand out?Being that Mexico is our neighbor, people obviously want Mexican food. But our menu is unique because we specialize in Latin, Oriental, Italian and American-regional cuisine. We offer menu items at a reasonable price that everyone can afford. We use the freshest and best quality ingredients found in the southwest and not only are we a full service catering company we offer other unique items such as Ice Sculptures and Personal Intimate Dinners.
