Using a standard gauge knitting machine, I create unique, one-of-a-kind hand loomed garments and accessories based on ethnic and modern designs.

After a career of commercial interior design, I chose to return to an individual craft, so I proceeded to purchase an electronic knitting machine, yarn and software. I pursued the technical aspects of the craft while researching pattern design to incorporate into the knitwear. My stitch designs are based on historic and contemporary images and the garment shapes are simple, kimono-based shapes to best show off the stitches. My yarns are wool/rayon, rayon chenilles, bamboo, tencel, and cottons and with these I create garments that will be timeless, comfortable, casual and elegant. All aspects of production are performed by myself- design, yarn selection, knitting, and assembly in my studio in Pasadena , California. Very few items are duplicated and I try to keep each garment is unique. I prefer to work with established galleries and boutiques.
