Tell us about your business.

As a former jewelry designer, Miami-based candy connoisseur Andrea Caroline has reinvented the candy world by incorporating sparkling edible elements to her hard candy lollipops. Celestial glitter, colorful sugar crystals, fully personalized edible images, and unique tags, Sweet Caroline Confections lollipops are handmade sugar art that can match your special day down to the very last detail. We are a small business that aims to provide the best quality candy, offering delicious flavors that range from Nutella-filled lollis, to Spicy Sea Salt, to Dulce de Leche, we have any and all flavors to tickle each and every tastebud. Our ultimate goal is to soon open a lovely little lollipop shop and cater to customers all over the world.

Sweet Caroline Confections is one of the few lollipop makers in the United States. Along with being an unusual business, our candies are truly unique and original pieces of edible art. We are the original sparkle lollipops. We take pride in our superior customer service and the detail we put into each and every order. We aim in going above and beyond for our customers and work with each person to make a perfect lollipop for their special event. We are constantly introducing innovative designs with brand new color combinations and flavors and will soon be introducing a brand new wedding favor concept into the market.

What's the best business advice you've received?

To never ignore your passion and instincts to do what you love. The more work you put into your business the more rewarding it becomes.
