Tell us about your business.I'm Maria Daniella Franco-Romo. I'm 29 years old in Queens, New York. I stared my business after not finding a well made, well designed and of a good material hair bow for my daughter. As a result to this I started to design and make my daughter's hair accessories. Soon, the mothers of my daughters classmates and random people started asking me where I bought those Hair Bows? So I decided to sell them to my daughters friends, teachers, family through Facebook and Flea Markets. Today I send bows to Florida, New Jersey, Bronx, Long Island, Ecuador, Colombia and Dominican Republic. The process of designing and making my bows is as follows: The most important is to design my idea, then is finding the best material available and finally I create them. I also make tutus, decorations for Baby shoes, veils, and Bride accessories. I see myself designing and making hair accessories for mayor retailers.
What makes your business stand out?My business is unique because I always came with a new and fresh ideas..! I make my own patterns. All my Flawless Bows are handmade personally by me. My hair Accessories are always a eye catcher and they have a great color balance . And I am so proud to say my Flawless Bows are MADE IN NEW YORK <3
What's the best business advice you've received?Offer them to the big retail stores ..! And always be Flawless
