Combining our love for vintage with handmade, we recall traditions and treasures from the early days of family-owned mercantile businesses. Our retail shop acts as both a showroom of inspiration, and a destination for those who appreciate the tactile shopping experience. As the Parcel brand expands into the wholesale market, we vow never to lose touch with the mom-and-pop business model and will always put our personal stamp on each and every product we produce.
What makes your business stand out?our offering of almost completely vintage and handmade goods, along with our personalized custom services has carved us out a niche in the retail paper market. we've managed to survive and thrive in an electronic world by hearkening back to a simpler time and still offer great service to faster-paced demands.
What's the best business advice you've received?maintain the integrity of your brand and realize that you can't be everything to everybody. there is peace of mind knowing that you'll never please everyone, but those you do please will be your customers forever. while sticking to what you do best, you still must move with the turning tide of retail demands. let your compromises be subtle, never losing the essence of who you are.
