Tell us about your business.I began making Vintage-inspired jewelry 12 years ago. While working as a Kitchen Designer I always wore my own creations. My customers would fall in love with my jewelry and kept buying it on the spot, over and over again. Once the recession hit and the construction industry was virtually non-existent, I became a full time jewelry designer and never looked back. All of my jewelry is heirloom quality; well made to last and be treasured for generations. I only use rich low brass & fine silver plated components, vintage brooches, earrings, vintage Swarovski crystals and more. All of the brass in my designs are 100% American made with many antique dies from the late 1800's and early 1900's. Lead and nickel free, too! I see my designs in many high-end boutiques across the country one day soon. Creativity and success take time and I'm determined to get there!
What makes your business stand out?One of the things I hear over and over again is how unique my jewelry is. I am determined to use my own creativity and imagination in each of the pieces I create. I truly love making one of a kind jewelry. People want something no else has. I try to incorporate vintage jewelry in each of my pieces to bring them back to enjoy once again. It's been one of the greatest gifts I can give back to my end customers....uniqueness :)
What's the best business advice you've received? To have faith that God has given me a gift to be able to survive and prosper by. Keep going and persevere even when I think I can't do it any longer.
