My earthy urban chic jewelry is a reflection of my love of color, texture and nature, it asks to be created I simply head its call.

Tell us about your business.

I started my business with another business called Recovery Rosary - 12 Step Prayer Beads. I was at a show I decided to bring some of my jewelry. My customers came up to me and said....MORE JEWELRY LESS PRAYER BEADS. I listened and it kind of developed a mind of its own. My jewelry business actually keeps my other business alive and running. Turns out I really love to make jewelry. My jewelry has evolved from my first order of only Swarovski to my Earthy Urban Chic Style that I am now known for. My ideas probably come when they aren't suppose to. It is usually when I am suppose to be listening to someone else talk or am doing something not related to jewelry at all and poof there it is. I scold myself and secretly pull out my tablet. Defining my style has really come to fruition for me and I know now what I represent I foresee me expanding on that and my skills. I would love to have my own stand alone studio and have my own website in the future.

What makes your business stand out?

I think my jewelry style is one of a kind. I think its inception is from a spiritual basis and has evolved out of it's own needs. I am the workhorse and creative director and I simply move with it, staying open to opportunities as they present themselves.

What's the best business advice you've received?

Be true to yourself as a artist, if you make what you love, you will find that people will love what you make.
