Homemade Shrimp Cocktail Sauces

Lucinda Scala Quinn and her son, Calder Quinn, make cocktail dip from chili sauce, horseradish, lemon juice, and pepper then a mango sauce from mango, salt, rice wine vinegar, white pepper, lemon rind, basil, and lemon juice to go with boiled shrimp.
