Mango and Yogurt Smoothie

If mango and yogurt is not your speed, try Tropical Blueberry, Hearty Fruit and Oat, or Green Ginger-Peach.

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cups low-fat plain yogurt
  • 2 1/2 cups frozen mango chunks
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Juice from half lime


  1. Toss into blender.

Nutty Idea
Top with 1/4 cup chopped nuts, such as almonds or walnuts, for a more filling meal.
