Green Ginger-Peach Smoothie

If green ginger-peach is not your speed, try Tropical Blueberry, Hearty Fruit and Oat, or Mango and Yogurt.

Ingredients

  • 2 handfuls baby spinach
  • 1 teaspoon grated peeled fresh ginger
  • 2 cups frozen sliced peaches
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 1/4 cups water

Directions

  1. Toss into blender.

Cook's Notes

Nutty Idea
Top with 1/4 cup chopped nuts, such as almonds or walnuts, for a more filling meal.
