  • 1 cup quartered strawberries
  • 1 sliced banana
  • 1/4 cup raw almonds
  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup


  1. Toss into blender.

Nutty Idea
Top with 1/4 cup chopped nuts, such as almonds or walnuts, for a more filling meal.

    You say these smoothies are packed with protein, but don't say how much. Why?

    I can't understand why you don't include nutrition information with all your recipes. It would be so helpful to me and many others.

    Sounds delicious! But I hope that's more than one serving, because there are ~680 calories in the given recipe.
