Top with 1/4 cup chopped nuts, such as almonds or walnuts, for a more filling meal.
I find it ridiculous that the recipe says to ADD sugar...people are trying to be more healthy...i am going to try this smoothie tomorrow morning but definetly going to omit the sugar...yuck...
Regarding calorie count, I track my food in My Fitness Pal and it calculates for me :)
Does anyone find the calorie counts off on these smoothie recipes? Is the recipe for more than one serving???
