- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 cup chopped pineapple
- 1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries
- 1 orange, seeded and cut into quarters
- 1/2–3/4 cup water
Toss into blender.
Top with 1/4 cup chopped nuts, such as almonds or walnuts, for a more filling meal.
