Orange and Tropical Fruit Salad

Here's a great salad in orange season to make this fruit your main squeeze.

  • 2 teaspoons grated orange zest
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • 4 oranges
  • 1 small sliced pineapple
  • 1 sliced, seeded papaya
  • Wedges of lime


  1. Stir together orange zest, sugar, and salt. Remove peel and pith from oranges and cut into rounds. Arrange on a platter with pineapple and papaya. Sprinkle with zest mixture. Serve with lime wedges.
