Crystallized Ginger and Orange Zest Matzo

  • 5 ounces chopped dark chocolate
  • 2 sheets matzo
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped crystallized ginger
  • Thin strips of orange zest


  1. Melt chocolate in a bowl set over a pan of simmering water. Spread evenly over matzo using a small offset spatula. Sprinkle with ginger and orange zest. Let set.
