  • 3 baguettes
  • Extra-virgin olive oil


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cut baguettes into 1/2-inch slices. Arrange in a single layer on rimmed baking sheets. Brush with olive oil and bake until golden at edges, 7 to 10 minutes. Let cool.

To store, keep in an airtight container, overnight.n
