Spiced Rum Punch


This festive punch will get your party started and keep it rolling all night.

  • 1 cup water
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 6 cinnamon sticks plus more for serving
  • 3 cups pineapple juice
  • 1 1/2 cups golden rum
  • 3/4 cup lime juice (from 6 limes)
  • Ice


  1. In a small pot, bring water, sugar, and 6 cinnamon sticks to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and cook 8 minutes. Let cool to room temperature; discard cinnamon. (Refrigerate in airtight container, up to 1 month.) In a punch bowl, stir together cinnamon syrup, pineapple juice, rum, and lime juice. To serve, add ice and cinnamon sticks.
