Ice Cream Eggnog


Here's a festive eggnog for the holidays -- get to it quickly before the ice cream melts!

  • 1 1/2 quarts vanilla ice cream
  • 1 3/4 cups half-and-half
  • 3/4 cup Bourbon
  • 1/4 cup orange liqueur, such as Cointreau
  • 1 tablespoon grated orange zest
  • Grated nutmeg


  1. In a blender, combine 1 quart ice cream, half-and-half, Bourbon, orange liqueur, and orange zest. Blend until smooth. To serve, pour into a punch bowl, scoop 1/2 quart ice cream on top, and sprinkle with nutmeg.
