Pork Roulade with Apple and Pecan Stuffing

Emeril Lagasse continues to make his pork roast roulade and fills a tenderized pork slice with apple and pecan stuffing. He then twines the pork and roasts it. Emeril serves the dish up with mashed potatoes, gravy, and an apple and onion paste.
