Filet Mignon Marinade and Ceasar Dressing

Emeril Lagasse makes a marinade with shallot, red wine vinegar, and dijon mustard then adds some filet mignon pieces. He then skewars the marinated filet mignon pieces, and makes a ceasar dressing with anchovies, garlic, and dijon mustard.
