Sweet Ricotta Baked Apples

  • 2 apples, halved and cored
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
  • Pinch cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 cup ricotta (add after baking)


  1. Core and halve 2 apples, top with these ingredients, and bake at 350 degrees until tender, 30 minutes. If apples get too brown, tent with foil.
