Walnut-Raisin Baked Apples

Ingredients

  • 2 apples, halved and cored
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 2 tablespoons orange marmalade
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Directions

  1. Step 1

    Core and halve 2 apples, top with these ingredients, and bake at 350 degrees until tender, 30 minutes. If apples get too brown, tent with foil.

    i used craisins rather than raisins and subsituted homemade peach and/or apricot jam for the marmalade. it was delish with pork chops and garlic mashed potatoes!
